First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Regions Financial.
Senior Software Engineer
I had a 30-minute call with the recruiter and then got the first round interview a week later. After that first round, I didn't hear back from regions for three weeks. When I followed up, they mentioned the position was on hold.

Software Engineer
Applied through LinkedIn and got invited to a virtual super interview day with 3 back-to-back sessions. After that, the recruiter called me and I got an offer letter.

Programmer Analyst
I applied online with Regions Corporation for the Programmer Analyst - III job. First, I had a phone interview that lasted about 45 minutes. It was with a Team Leader of Mortgage Systems and was mostly technical questions about Microsoft .Net. The questions were very theoretical, not very practical. After that, I had a face to face interview at Birmingham, AL. The same person from the phone interview and my manager were there. My manager only stayed for a few minutes, but I knew I wanted to work there. The interview was mainly technical again, but the questions were more practical. I got the offer, which was a little higher than I expected, and accepted it. I've since resigned but really enjoyed my time there, especially my colleagues. I even got promoted about 6-8 months after starting because of my hard work.
- Can you explain the different ways to navigate within ASP.net?
