I had a 1:1 interview on campus. The interviewer was super nice and asked the usual questions like "Why Regions?" and "What are your strengths?". She also asked about my work experience and how I'd apply it as a manager, like "Describe a time where you've had a problem with a coworker, supervisor or someone you work with. How did you handle the situation?", "What is a goal you were able to accomplish that you were proud of?", and "Describe a time where you could not meet a goal."

The interview process was quite brief. The recruiter didn't seem to have my application readily available, which meant I had to reiterate my background. The recruiter mentioned they would pass along information to management but stated they were too busy to provide a callback regarding the results.

  • Could you go over the details on your resume again?
