As a Junior in college, this interview was mostly asking about my involvement in campus, things on my resume, and thoughts on the stock market. My only technical question was about personal investing and what I look for in a stock. This interview was the initial interview of two to determine if they should place me into Corporate Banking or their Credit Products Tracks. I wasn’t placed. Only 2-5 people from my campus of 100s of applicants were selected for a 2nd interview.

Everyone was super nice and really wanted to help me out. The interview was split about half and half between technical and behavioral questions. The technical ones were pretty straightforward, like asking me to walk through the financial statements and what depreciation is. There were two separate interviews, each lasting about 30 minutes.

The interview was a bit awkward, they just kept asking questions without explaining much about the job or what it's like. It felt like they were asking things they could have already seen on my resume.
