The initial stage was a casual chat with a senior financial advisor to gauge my background and aspirations. Despite the recruiter sharing an older version of my resume, the executive was accommodating and happy to answer my questions. The next step involved an in-person meeting with the team at their office.

Behavioral Technical

Had three phone interviews. The first was with the branch manager, and the second was with the area manager. The initial phone call was mostly for them to learn about me and my background. The other two interviews were to give me information about the branch company and convince me why I should work for them.

Behavioral Other

About a week after I applied, a hiring manager left a voicemail asking to schedule a phone chat. We planned a time, but they called much earlier than agreed. I was on another call and missed it. The manager did call back, and mostly talked about himself and the bank, like a sales pitch, rather than giving specific details about the role. I left feeling unsure about the job, the bank's support for the advisor role, if it's a high-turnover place, and if the information provided was even accurate.
