First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Regions Financial.
Executive Assistant
The interview rounds get progressively tougher. It's not actually that hard, but you should definitely know about their culture and why you'd be a good fit for them!
- What makes you a great fit for this role?
- What's your reason for leaving your current position?
Administrative Assistant
I applied online and they called me a week after the job closed to schedule an interview. I met with my potential boss and their manager. We talked about my resume, my career choices, and why I wanted to work at Regions. It was a really nice and friendly chat. Even though it was a great interview, they ended up promoting someone from within. I appreciated that they reached out to let me know.
- Why did you pick working at Regions?
- What are your salary expectations?
Executive Assistant
I got a call from the recruiter at Regions HQ. We had a quick chat, and she said she'd send over some personality tests. After I finished those, we had another, more in-depth phone chat. Then, she set up an in-person interview. I met with two people for about an hour and a half. They called me back the same day for a second in-person meeting with three people. A few days later, we had one last follow-up call. It was a positive experience overall. Everyone was helpful, truthful, and thorough. They made a good offer the same day as the follow-up call, but I couldn't accept because of the commute and family time.
- What management approach is most effective for your work habits?
