The interview process included a phone screening with a recruiter. After that, there was a virtual interview where they asked about which area of Regions bank you'd want to work in. Finally, there was an in-person interview with the specific team. This part consisted of four 30-minute interviews: one with an Analyst who matched your position, one with an Associate who worked in your position, one with the Relationship Manager, and one with the Managing Director.

I had a phone interview with the team lead first. They asked me some basic .Net design and C# syntax questions, as well as some questions about my background. Then, about two weeks later, I was invited for an onsite interview. This interview was with the team lead and a couple of group VPs. We talked a lot about my software background and design experience, but there wasn't any whiteboard coding. The overall environment felt nice and friendly.
