First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Regional Finance.
Analyst
Applied for the job, had a first call with a recruiter. They asked basic questions about the role and my experience. It seemed positive, and I was told my resume would go to the hiring manager. After that, I heard nothing back from anyone. It was pretty unprofessional to be ghosted.
- Can you introduce yourself and explain your interest in this role?
Assistant Manager
They mentioned during the interview that they do not hire managers externally, preferring internal promotions only. Despite having several assistant manager positions open, including this specific one which has been posted for over 30 days, they seem unwilling to hire anyone, making it a pointless exercise.
- Can you describe your preferred work environment?
IT Manager
I first talked to a recruiter, and that went well. Then I had an interview with the hiring manager and another manager. I think they were going to offer me a salary lower than I asked for. I sent some follow-up questions after that interview, but they never got back to me. I never heard back about why they didn't want to hire me, and they never officially told me they weren't moving forward with my application. They just ghosted me.
- Can you tell me about your previous experience?
- What's your experience like managing offshore teams?
Branch Manager Trainee
The interview was very informative and nice. The compensation seems adequate, with bonus, overtime, and a sign-on bonus offered. I'm interested in the position and excited about potential growth opportunities within the company, both state-wide, remotely, and out of state.
- Regarding the location, what is your availability?
- How do you feel about the travel requirements?
- What are your preferred working hours?
