Appraiser
The interview process at Reggora was really good and organized. They were great! Everyone I talked to was professional and seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me. They answered my questions quickly. It started with a recruiter phone call. Then, a Zoom interview with the COO. After that, a Zoom interview with the Manager. Next were reference checks. Then, a phone call with the recruiter and a verbal offer. Finally, I got the official offer letter by email and had to sign and submit it.

Customer Success Associate
The interview process was slow and kind of all over the place. They had me do a random prompt for what felt like a "third" round, but it was all irrelevant stuff they didn't even seem to look at. The last part was just getting intensely questioned about their product and the industry. Honestly, it felt like way too much for an entry-level position. They ended up saying no offer because I apparently lacked leadership experience, which is weird since they never asked me anything about leadership. They should've focused more on my actual past experience instead of making me a product expert before I even got the job.

Technical Implementation Engineer
It was a surprisingly smooth and great experience overall. Everyone I met from Reggora was awesome and really worked with me to reschedule when needed. They were super understanding of my busy schedule with interviewing and working full-time. Near the end, they even considered me for a different role than I first applied for, trying to figure out the best fit for my skills and their needs. By then, I had already accepted another offer, but I can't say enough good things about Reggora and definitely recommend applying. Their openness and flexibility are refreshing compared to other places, and I wish them well. The process included phone screens with recruiters, a chat about technical stuff via Zoom with a current TSE, a chat with the hiring manager (CS Director), and another Zoom chat with an SE to check my role fit and tech stack knowledge.
- Do you prefer client-facing work or more internal technical tasks?
Full Stack Developer
Applied for the role and had an initial phone screen with a developer. Things went well, so we scheduled a Zoom interview with the Engineering Director for the following week. That interview also went well. Next, I was supposed to interview with the CTO. I scheduled some times, but they never got back to me. I followed up and was told I'd hear back the next week, but again, no response. I sent a few more emails, but they were all ignored. The interviews themselves were fine, but after spending time on it, I expected some kind of update instead of being ghosted.
- Can you explain the advantages of using version control?
