The interview process was very formal and had quite a few rounds. First, I had a phone interview with the recruiter, then one with the director. After that, there was an interview with C-suite leadership and another one with the team. To top it off, there was an additional interview with the recruiter and the director.

This was one of the worst phone screens I've had. The HR person was late, then they were scheduling times for me to talk to the team and telling me what they wanted to hear. It felt like the interviewer was just rushing through what they had to say. I really question their professionalism and if this is a real company. It was a very poor experience.

You'll probably start with a phone screen with either HR or a software development manager. If you nail it, you'll be brought in for an in-person interview. They'll want your resume and cover letter, and you'll have to fill out an application when you get to the 'real' interview. You'll meet with HR, one or two software development managers (who could be your bosses), and one or two senior engineers (your potential teammates). I didn't have this, but apparently, new hires also interview with the center's director, the big boss.
