Implementation Manager
You'll first meet with a recruiter. If that goes well, you'll have a panel interview with potential colleagues, followed immediately by a meeting with the director. They conveniently scheduled the panel and director interviews on the same day, which is good because it means you won't have to schedule meetings on multiple days and let it drag out.
- Can you explain how you've gathered requirements?
- Could you describe how you've translated technical information for business users?
Product Operations Vice President
I had an initial screen with the recruiter, who then set up a meeting with the hiring manager (CPO) during the same call. Unfortunately, the hiring manager didn't show up for the scheduled meeting, which was quite early. I emailed them both to see about rescheduling, and the recruiter quickly responded with an apology and said they'd set up a new time. I eventually spoke with the hiring manager. At the end of our conversation, they mentioned I'd be meeting with some of the team, but I haven't heard back since, even after following up. A little communication would have made a big difference. It wasn't the best first impression of the company culture or the operations team.
- Can you discuss your background in product operations?
Salesforce Consultant
This was a complete waste of time. I hope they find their perfect candidate. The interviewer insulted my Salesforce experience, suggesting I apply for non-Salesforce roles. It would have been better to get a rejection email, but they are so out of touch they do this and try to belittle candidates. The role asks for 5 years of experience, and I have 4. It sounds like these people want 20 years of Flow experience when it hasn't even existed that long. Avoid this place.

Account Manager
I got this call, didn't know who it was, and I was on vacation. When I listened to the message, I couldn't quite make out the company name. But I did call back and we set up a 30-minute phone interview. After that, they asked me to come in for a 2-hour in-person interview. The first part was with a director and the second part was with some other account managers.
- Do you know what "evergreen" means for client contracts?
