Intern
I prepared well for the interview. There were some challenging questions but it was an overall good experience. I would recommend working here for anyone that is looking for an internship in the PR space.
- How would you manage a client crisis situation?
Graphic Designer
I had my first interview with the Creative Director and an Exec. Assistant. We discussed standard interview questions and I presented my portfolio. They asked me to come back for a second interview. During the second interview, they showed me how they put together the magazine and actually had me work through the entire process. It felt like my first day, and I was there for 6 hours working. I was told about internal drama before I was even hired. I wasn't paid for this time. Afterward, they offered me a part-time position with pay as low as a receptionist, which felt insulting, but I needed the experience to grow.
- Standard graphic design questions were asked.
- Were you capable of putting together a magazine?
Public Relations
The interview was good, she asked me standard interview questions like why I want to intern at Regan and what I would like to gain out of this internship experience since I had 3 other internships before. Went over my resume and asked questions about that.
- Can you elaborate on your previous experiences?
Account Coordinator
I had a really good time in both interviews. The people there are smart, nice, and seem like they're into their work. They called me back for a second interview pretty fast, just a few days later, so the process was quick, which was nice.
- Can you share your experience and background and explain why you think you would be a good fit for this role?
