The interview process involves a Continuous Improvement Manager and a staffed engineer. It's designed for individuals with Industrial or Mechanical engineering backgrounds to assess their understanding of process improvement, specifically from a machinery integration or process alteration perspective. The questions covered topics related to collaboration with maintenance and operations departments, focusing on good communication and social skills.

I got an interview opportunity through handshake from my university. Initially, I was only told the date of the interviews, not the specific time. On the interview day, I received a text about HR interviews happening at my university, but still no time was provided. I had to make a call to get that information. The interview itself was short and easy.

The interview process had 3 stages: first, an online MCQ test focusing on mechanical engineering fundamentals. Then, a phone interview with the manager where they asked basic questions and fundamentals. Finally, a phone HR interview with regular questions. I received the offer letter within two weeks.
