First, HR does an initial screening. Then, the Manager conducts a Technical interview. If you pass that, there's a more detailed and intense technical interview with the Business Unit. After clearing those rounds, a psychometric test is the final step.

I got an interview call through expert global, the scheduled timing was 4.00 pm. First round was the model test, they were short of systems so I waited for half an hour for a system. Then I started, the given drawing was of very poor quality. After 30 minutes they told me to shut down the system because they were leaving and going to miss their bus. Then no results from anybody. I didn't expect such a poor interview conduction from an MNC.
