The interviewer asked standard interview questions and did a good job explaining the role. When I asked about growth opportunities, she went on a rant about how people in this position should focus only on the job and not on the future or moving up. This left a bad impression because most people want to advance and stay at a company long-term. Something to consider if you're applying. I was also told there would be a separate meeting with 3-4 other individuals.
