First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Refloor.
Manager
It was not the best experience, they wanted to give me a job I did not apply for. I was confused about why they even interviewed me. It felt like I was never considered for the position I was seeking.
- Tell me about your experience with sales.
Manager
It's a very laidback company, but also very structured and by the book. They really challenge their employees to do their best. The company culture is good and they are growing really fast, opening 3 new locations every year.
- Could you please introduce yourself?
Sales Representative
The hiring practices were great. They inquired about my previous experience and provided a very detailed explanation of the job. They informed me about the average salary, the expected number of daily leads, and the specifics of the sales process.
- Can you tell me about your previous experience?
Sales Associate
So they brought me in and the manager walked me through their sales process. Basically, there are five steps they call 'drops' and the final one involves calling the manager to negotiate a final discount. Honestly, it felt like a really manipulative setup, very much a '50s-60s sales' kind of vibe.
- Is your driver's license valid?
- Can you explain the 1099 arrangement and what's expected regarding the weekly sales meeting?
