Applied and the initial communication was fine. I had one interview that I thought went well. The interviewer also said it went well and then went over next steps. I was told they would reach out in a day or two to get me scheduled. Since then, I've been totally ghosted. I've sent multiple follow-ups. I get that things can change but it would be nice to at least get a rejection email.

So first up we had two phone calls to just chat and make sure we're on the same page and that my communication skills are up to par. Then there was a technical interview, which was basically to see if I understood the business side of things. The very last step was a panel interview before they made the offer.

So I had a phone screen first. Then they brought me in for an in-person interview. After about a week, they called me back for a second in-person interview where I met with four people. The second interview experience was pretty bad, one interviewer was really rude and kept interrupting me and twisting my words. They said they'd have a decision by the end of that week, but I didn't hear anything. I emailed them the following Tuesday and they said they were still interviewing and would decide by the end of the next week. Again, no response. They ghosted me after the second interview, never letting me know if I didn't get the job or if it was filled. I had to reach out to find out if I was still being considered. It's a recruiting company, I can't imagine how they treat their clients' candidates if they can't even follow up with their own.

First I had a phone screen, then a phone interview where I had to pitch the Reflik platform. Lastly, I had an in-person interview with the VP of Sales, CEO, and COO.
