The process was good and the questions were also good. No time was wasted. If you are looking for growth, this is the place. All rounds were conducted on the same day, followed by an HR discussion on the same day. So, go ahead without any second thoughts.

I had 3 interviews with the company. The first was a pre-selection screening, the second was an introductory meeting with the HR manager, and the third was with the CEO. After the third interview, they said they'd let me know, but obviously, I never heard back. The company's location is quite remote, making it difficult to get to. Forget about remote work; the CEO believes in direct supervision, assuming people don't work at home.

So, I interviewed with this Italian company. It started with a recruiter chat, then an in-person interview at their local office. After that, there was a Skype call with some folks from Europe. The local F2F was set up directly after the recruiter call, no phone interview before that. When I got there, the parking was a mess, which felt like a bad sign. I had to park at a nearby business. The front door had a sign about ringing a bell, but it was unclear if it worked, and nobody came to the door for a while. Once inside, things were friendlier, but then they asked an inappropriate question. The Skype interview with HQ a few weeks later was okay, despite potential cultural differences. During the call, one person started asking me about an acronym I wasn't very familiar with. It turned out they were looking at someone else's resume and mistook it for mine. I had to find a polite way to point out their mistake without embarrassing them. Overall, there were some unprofessional moments throughout the interview process. To make things worse, they never even let me know I wasn't selected for the job. I had to email the main hiring person more than six weeks later to ask about their progress, and I never got a response. Really unprofessional!
