I applied for a billing specialist and staff accountant role, but they bait and switched me into a claims position without telling me beforehand. The billing manager and controller were present. The billing manager barely looked at me and didn't speak the whole time, like she didn't want to be there. Otherwise, they were nice.

I got a call from a recruiter who asked me some basic things about my resume. Then, they sent over a personality assessment that was pretty quick to finish. Lastly, I met with the Director of Sales, and we talked more about my experience.

I submitted my application online via JobsinLogistics.com. Within two hours of applying, I received a call to come in for an interview the same day. During the interview, the CEO and COO asked me some general questions. The interview felt positive and casual. Afterward, I was emailed a link by the COO to complete an online personality test. I finished the test that afternoon but received another email asking me to retake it because something had gone wrong. I retook the test the next morning. I then called the CEO and was informed they were interviewing other candidates and he would be in touch soon. Unfortunately, I never received a call, feedback, or any follow-up despite multiple attempts to reach both the CEO and COO. It seems likely my interview went well, but the computer-based personality test might have been the reason I didn't get the job.

It was a good process. I met with people for the interview and they asked some good questions. I answered the questions fully and I think they appreciated the answers. Then I waited a day or two and they came back to me with an offer. I accepted the offer and started shortly thereafter.
