I applied online and got a call from HR within 2 days to set up a phone interview. Then, 5 days later, I had an in-person interview with the HR Director. After that, it went silent even though they said I'd hear back the following week. I emailed the recruiter but got no response. It’s weird because I’ve hired people before and know how important it is to keep candidates updated. It felt unprofessional. The interview itself wasn't really an interview. They asked me about my career and a few basic things, but mostly the HR Director talked about the company’s history, why staff changes happened, discussed negative reviews, and explained the culture. It sounded like 'work hard, play hard,' which I guess means they drink a lot. She mentioned finding the right 'culture' fit, even making some slightly inappropriate jokes. It’s funny because my last HR director also had blurred lines, which is why she was fired. My advice to the HR Director is to be careful. I’m really disappointed they didn't follow up as promised and ignored my emails. Super unprofessional.

I had a phone interview with the HR coordinator, then an in-person interview with the HR Director. After that, there was another interview scheduled haphazardly with the CEO who is apparently very busy and has an ex-girlfriend and child with one of the employees. The whole process felt like a joke and was totally unprofessional. It was also extremely rushed. Everyone I met seemed really intimidated by the management team.

It started with a phone call with the VP of HR. Then, I had an in-person interview at the Bellevue office. I met with three people there: the VP of HR, the Director of Sales, and the Inbound Sales team lead. They were all really friendly, and it felt pretty relaxed.

The interview process was terrible, rushed, and felt fake. The company seems to view people as disposable. The interviewer was distracted, not making eye contact, and ruined any good impression within seconds.
