First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Reed.
Manager
Super easy to apply, just needed my CV and contact info, no long application form. Then had a telephone interview with the Talent Acquisition person, who was really professional and friendly. After that was an interview and a 20-minute presentation for 2 senior managers on how I'd grow the business.
- What defines success for you?
- Tell me about the last product you sold and give me your pitch for why I should buy it.
Business Manager
I had interviews with Directors and the Board, which included two presentation rounds. The interviewers were very friendly and easy to talk to, which made me feel at ease before I delivered my presentations. A decision was made quickly and feedback was given.
- What are your career progression goals?
Business Manager
Got referred by a friend so had 1 interview with 2 people. I was offered the role the following day. Didn't have to prepare anything, it was a seamless interview process
