Behavioral Presentation Case Other

We had a recruitment day on site. It involved leadership and peer interviews. There was a Q&A with the Regional Manager, a micro presentation given ad hoc, and a Q&A with the Branch Manager. We also had further Q&A sessions with other consultants and role play style case studies on top of organic dialogue.

Behavioral Technical

I went through two interviews, one casual and one more formal. Both interviews were about an hour long, and the interviewers were nice and easy to talk to. I also had to complete two situational tests. The first was a multiple-choice situational test, and the second was a video test where I had to react to situations. The video test felt a bit more awkward than the multiple-choice one.

the interview process was long and very generic, without covering any specific areas. I ended up finding a better job at a niche company with better training.
