The interview process involved a few typical rounds, and I met with several people. Some of the interactions were more conversational, while others involved direct questioning. The overall difficulty was average. It took about 3-4 weeks from the initial contact to receiving an offer. I would consider doing it again.

The interview process was easy and straightforward. I spoke with various individuals at the executive level and enjoyed getting to know the company through them. However, a big red flag was that one of the VPs asked a few illegal questions that should never be asked of a prospective employee. She came out of her office to specifically ask me questions about my family/marital status, after having already completed my sit-down with her. I knew that this information would be used against me because my previous employer asked the same qualifier questions under the guise of "getting to know you", and got in trouble with the EEOC.

I really liked how this interview process went. After I applied, a recruiter reached out. First, we had a phone call where the recruiter got to know me, we found some common interests, and talked about my past work. She asked about my major choice and its relevance to sales. Then, we scheduled another interview that worked for both of us. The next step involved coming into the office. I met with a POD manager, who's basically in charge of a team. After that, I was paired with two carrier sales reps who showed me the software and let me listen to a typical call. After shadowing them, I got to interview with the VP of carrier operations. I thought this interview was great because after discussing my experience and education, it felt like he genuinely wanted to know me and see me succeed, which is rare. I've interviewed at other logistics companies, and it felt like they were trying to catch me in a mistake about my resume or something I'd said, but not at Redwood.

The interview process was very brief. The first interview involved questions on C#, JavaScript, and SQL, basically the top 50 trivia questions. I passed this round. I was about to be flown in for an onsite interview, but they were still unsure, so a second phone interview was scheduled. The second interview was pretty much a repeat of the first, more trivia questions, some even repeated. I was told I did well. The next day, I got a notification that I didn't do well and they decided to pass. The interviewers seemed unsure about their questions. In parallel, HR sent a link to formally apply, but it was a dead link. After I reminded HR twice, they sent the correct link. Based on this, I'd say proceed with caution.
