First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at REDW.
Audit Associate
My interview with REDW was professional, welcoming, and people-focused. It felt like an open discussion about my background, interests, and goals rather than a typical interview. They explained the firm’s culture, expectations, and growth opportunities, making it transparent and genuine. Everyone was approachable, and they emphasized teamwork, communication, and fit, not just technical skills. The experience confirmed REDW's reputation for valuing people, supporting development, and fostering collaboration.
- How do you handle stress?
Intern
We had interviews on campus, two interviewers with me. Then I was invited to the firm to meet the staff. There was no second round interview. It was just a mixer at the firm where we met the staff and had a presentation.
- Describe a time you collaborated within a team.
Audit Associate
I found the job on the company website and the application portal was super easy and detailed. Someone called me within a week to set up some assessments for behavioral stuff and technical skills before the in-person panel interview. They even gave me a copy of the behavioral report to keep. The technical tests were done live. After the interview, they followed up nicely and told me when to expect to hear back.
- Behavioral interview questions based on the role, your experience, and your assessment results.
Audit Associate
Applied online and then had a Zoom interview with HR, which was a positive experience with good email communication. Next, I had a second Zoom interview with two senior audit associates. They asked some tough but interesting questions about the audit process.
- Can you explain how you manage deadlines effectively?
- What steps do you take to ensure the accuracy of your work?
- Would you be alright with traveling approximately 20% of the time?
