I applied online and got an email to schedule a phone interview with HR really quickly, within 24 hours. After that first chat, I set up another phone interview for the same day with the director. Then, two days later, I had my third interview in person with the director, and they were fast to set up the last and fourth interview with the VP. The whole thing was communicated clearly and smoothly, as efficient as it could be.

The hiring process can be a little drawn out. I was initially interviewed by a company VP. It was a very laid back 'conversation', talked a little about the job, but mostly about my background. After a second interview, I was given an offer. There is some negotiation that must be done, their initial offer was low, but some more talks got into the right ball park.
