Case Presentation

You’ll have at least three rounds total. The case interview and presentation are part of the process. The presentation is in front of several full time employees at varying levels of tenure. The case is a typical social impact case study.

Behavioral Case

I had a Zoom interview for about 45 minutes. It started with some behavioral questions about my past teamwork and research experiences, then moved into a case study.

It was pretty chill and everyone was nice until the last bit. The people were cool but I struggled to really vibe with the partners or figure out what they wanted me to do with the cases in those rounds. Asking questions didn't really clear things up.

Case Behavioral Presentation

This was a long interview process, spanning about two months. It started with a 1:1 with an associate, which included a fairly standard case study and a behavioral question. The second round was a 1:1 with an analyst, featuring a similarly difficult case study. The third round involved a much harder case study and a behavioral question with a senior employee. I also had to submit an additional writing sample. The overall process felt lengthy, and communication was inconsistent at times. HR informed me about the lack of an offer a little over two weeks after my final interview. I regret not preparing more questions; otherwise, my advice is to practice available social impact cases and do your research. Despite the length and communication issues, it was an interesting and generally positive experience.
