Trainer
The interview process was extremely unprofessional. The interviewer was putting down one of her current employees during my interview. They did offer me the position but I told them I needed to think about it. When I followed up to ask about the expected pay so I could compare it to another job offer I had, the interviewer suggested I take one of the other jobs. It just didn't seem like a place I'd want to work, although every location is different.
- Were you involved in any college sports?
Athletic Trainer
It was a quick interview process with a sports background. I had a first interview over the phone and then an in-person interview with the director. They asked to hear about my programs and training plan. The first interview was 30 minutes and the second was an hour. They communicated well and were easy to work with.
- Could you describe your coaching philosophy?
- What experience do you have with plyometrics?
Sports Performance Specialist
The first interview was fast and simple. They wanted to know about my background, what I'm interested in, and some other general things. I'm pretty sure there's a second interview, but I didn't get to that point.
- Could you tell me about your background in sports?
