Case Manager
Had a few in-person screenings. The main goal was to make sure I was a good fit and then move forward. The process felt a bit slow, so patience is key. They really need people and seemed eager for me to start soon.
- Can you describe your previous work experience?
- How would you approach and manage certain scenarios?
Mental Health Professional
I had an HR interview and then another one with the supervisor. The process was pretty good overall, everyone was nice and friendly. They asked some really good questions. I got an offer, but I didn't take it. After the offer, it got difficult to get basic information and they were slow to respond to emails, which didn't seem very professional.
- What draws you to this particular institution?
- Could you describe your theoretical orientation?
- What qualities do you seek in a supervisor?
Marketing Representative
The interview process was super fast. I got a phone interview just a few days after applying. It was about 30 minutes and went really smoothly. Then, I went in person to meet the recruiter I spoke with on the phone and the hiring manager for the role. This interview took about an hour and we talked more about the job and my background. After that, I did a background check.
- What are your self-care practices?
Counselor QMHP
I applied for a full-time Counselor/QMHP position. I had one interview that lasted about an hour. The interviewer was really friendly and made me feel comfortable. It was a pretty standard interview with some questions about me, my background, studies, and experience. I heard back about being hired a couple of days later. The job officially started after the health and background checks cleared. Overall, it was a good interview experience.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Describe your past experiences.
- Tell me about your graduate school experience.
