So, the interview process here was pretty wild, honestly. All the other reviews said it was weird, and I agree. It felt like they didn't know what they were doing. First, before any real interviews, you have to do this in-person 'culture fit test.' You're in a room with other candidates, and you watch a video about the company, then they ask you about your favorite company value. Then they ask this random question about finding $20 while doing laundry. After that, you have to do a team arts and crafts project while HR watches you, then talk about what you learned about teamwork from it. It felt really childish. Then the actual interview part started. They asked for availability, said to give lots of times, but the form only let me pick one, and it scheduled me automatically. Weird. Then the interview invite didn't say if it was Zoom or in-person, so I had to ask. They said Zoom and would send a link. A couple hours before the meeting, still no link, so I had to chase them again. The interview itself was only 30 minutes, way too short, and the hiring manager seemed rushed. They even accidentally hung up on me mid-answer! After that, I never heard back, and honestly, I'm not surprised. They've reposted the job a few times since.

I applied online and then got an email to do the Culture Index Survey. After that, I was quickly set up for a group intro/interview about culture fit with other candidates. It felt pretty relaxed and comfy. They asked about our thoughts on healthcare and what made us interested in the job. If they liked us, they'd email to set up a virtual interview with two people, which lasted about 30 minutes and covered basic interview and scheduling questions. Moving on from that, there was a final, super quick virtual interview with the COO, and then the offer came.

I applied and quickly got an invite for a "culture fit" interview the next week. It was a group interview with other candidates for the same role. After that, the recruiter said we'd hear back about scheduling a 1-on-1 with the hiring manager. Nothing came for over a week and a half. I followed up and they said they have tons of candidates and to check spam. Still nothing, and another week passed. I followed up again, and still nothing back. It's been a month since the interview, the job posting is closed, and I never got a decline notification. Overall, a super unprofessional interview process.

It was a weird group intro thing with other people also going for the same job. The video didn't work, then they talked about the company's insurance package and how good it is, and asked for our opinions on navigating the healthcare world. It felt like a focus group for their insurance service, and the point of our group interview was to get our feedback. The invite email even said something like: 'you will learn more about the company and what we offer!' No one followed up on emails, and it felt cultish/pyramid scheme-y. The same jobs have been posted on indeed for months.
