The first interview was a phone screen with HR. Then, I had a second interview with HR, the shop manager, and shop supervisors. They asked basic interview questions. It was pretty informal and laid back. Overall, a good experience.

The first step was a chat with HR to check if you're a good fit for the company culture and have the right skills. Then, you had another meeting with the hiring manager and the same HR person. After that, there was a panel interview, which was pretty big in my case – nine people, including the owner and his wife. It felt like a lot for my field. Once an offer was made and accepted, there's an online skills test and a drug test (hair follicle).

I was supposed to have a phone interview with an HR rep on Thursday, but she emailed asking to move it up to Friday at 10 AM. We agreed. When the time came, she didn't call, so I called her and left a message. She forgot about rescheduling and we did the interview later. It was kind of awkward since I wasn't really interested anymore. After the interview, I never heard back from them at all. They ghosted me. It's basic courtesy to let someone know, even if they don't get the job. Really unprofessional overall.

After several months of interviews, the process concluded with a final panel interview. The focus was more on cultural fit than on skills. The panel included family members and people from different departments.
