So, the interview started with a quick chat with the recruiter. Then, I had a technical phone interview where we focused on coding and problem-solving stuff. After that, there were two more technical interviews with senior engineers. One was all about system design, and the other one was on algorithms and data structures. The last interview was a behavioral one, talking about teamwork, communication, and my past projects. The whole thing was pretty organized and professional, although it took a bit of time to get the interviews scheduled.

The interview process was disorganized and marked by significant delays in communication. Initial scheduling took over a week despite a prompt response. The first call started more than 15 minutes late, and follow-up information promised during that call was only provided after several reminders over multiple days. When the technical screen was finally scheduled, no relevant details or preparation guidance were shared in advance. The overall experience reflected poorly on the coordination and professionalism of the recruitment process.

Behavioral Technical Coding System Design
I applied directly on Reddit's careers portal. The recruiter reached out after I applied and asked a few questions about my experience related to the job. Then, there was a General programming round with questions similar to Stripe's coding rounds. After that, I had a call with the Hiring Manager for the team. That went well, and then I was invited for Onsite interviews which included four rounds: 1. General Programming, 2. Hiring manager round (with a different HM), 3. System Design round, and 4. Backend programming round. The whole process was smooth and well-organized, which I really liked about Reddit. Unfortunately, I didn't make it.
