Site Engineer
We post job requirements on our website and in newspapers. Interviews usually happen at our head office, but we use Skype for those who are far away. For in-person interviews, a management panel will ask you unexpected questions to see how you handle pressure.
- Tell me about your work experience.
- What was your job role?
Mechanical Engineer
The interview process involved a recruiter call, followed by a technical screen, and then an onsite interview. They asked questions about fire fighting and plumbing systems, including types of fire fighting systems, plumbing accessories, and specific types like floor-mounted and wall-hung WCs and wash basins. They also asked about my experience and the projects I've worked on, such as the Metro train project, Slaughter house, Animal stock yard, central market, Isolation hospital, GWC, villa, and Industrial Bus depot.
- Can you tell me about your experience level?
- What projects have you been a part of?
MEP Engineer
The interview process took place in a single day at the Islamabad office. It was quite crowded with limited space. The Company MD conducted some interviews, focusing on general questions rather than technical ones, and was quite strict. The MEP Manager handled the technical aspects of the interview.
- Can you explain the HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems, detailing their cycles and equipment?
- Are you capable of performing duct and pipe sizing calculations?
- How would you approach ESP calculations and verify pump head?
HSE Manager
It was a walk-in interview in the blue area of Islamabad, and it wasn't well-managed. There was a lot of rush, and the interviewers couldn't discuss things in detail with the participants. Professional management should be implemented to avoid such issues in the future.
- What qualifications do you have and what previous experience do you bring?
- Can you tell us about your qualifications and previous experience?
