First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at RedBrick Health.
Health Advisor
Met with the Operations Director first, then the Manager of Quality who supervises the Health Advisors. They outlined how operations function, the RedBrick philosophy, and what's expected. They asked me some questions and then I had the chance to ask mine (no big surprises there). It was pretty relaxed and open. The whole thing was about an hour. I didn't get a tour or see the actual workspace, which wasn't a big deal but I do like to get a feel for that sometimes.

Administrative Assistant
The interview process was fine until the day of the interviews. I met with 4 people on May 7. It is now July 29, and the position has been changed to Executive Admin by the person I would have reported to, and it is still not filled. The timeframe and process were totally unacceptable.
- What's your reason for leaving your current job?
Database Administrator
I was contacted by a recruiter about the position and was asked if I would be willing to do a one on one interview with him at the Redbrick offices. I met with the same recruiter a couple of days later. The recruiter was very nice and professional. The room where the interview took place however, was not. He explained to me that the majority of their conference rooms had been turned into offices for an influx of new, upper level hires. Therefore, the interview had to be conducted in what looked like the office lunch room. The interview was interrupted a few times due to employees coming in to grab food, use the microwave, etc. The recruiter was really good about pausing so that personal information wasn't heard by the employees coming in and out of the room, but I would have been much more comfortable if there were actual facilities on site to conduct a private meeting like this.
