It was a super straightforward process. It began with a phone screen, then an onsite with the VP of Sales, some sales team members, and possibly a C-level exec. The last part was a quick demo to check presentation skills.

The process involved a video call first, and then an on-site interview. I was really impressed with how the interviews were structured. It felt more like a conversation, and less like they were just checking boxes. It seemed like the company was genuinely trying to get to know me, understanding that a good personal fit is as important for them as it is for me. I haven't seen this done as well elsewhere, and it really made Redbooth stand out.

Behavioral Other

The person who interviewed me was really bad at it. He barely asked any questions, and the ones he did ask were kind of ridiculous. He seemed bored, and there were these long, awkward silences where he'd just say nothing for a minute or two. They really need to get better at choosing who interviews candidates. The whole thing felt negative and awkward.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The process was pretty standard, starting with a phone screen, then a follow-up call with the hiring manager, followed by in-person interviews, and a final in-person round. They asked good questions and were really responsive, moving through the process quickly. I got to meet everyone on the team, including engineering leads and senior execs.
