Sales Operations Manager
Started with HR round for setting up the stage and then followed by peer interview. I would suggest refrain from appearing interviews as I know couple of other folks who appeared for the same role along with me and all of us were not shortlisted after giving lot of time in the interview process. No sure what do the exactly need or hiring panel seem to be having unrealistic expectations from the role. They are not serious of hiring!

It was a complete professional interview process, and they were quick with feedback and also great people to talk to. It took almost a month to get an offer, but it was worth it at the end of the process. There were 4 rounds of interviews: 1. with HR, just behavioral questions. 2. Technical interview for about an hour, attached with a take-home assignment. 3. With the abroad team, just to know what you did in the assignment. 4. Final round with the director, only a formality.

The interview process started with a phone screen, followed by a 30-minute interview with the hiring manager. Then, there were three more 30-minute interviews with other team members. It was a good interview experience, mostly focusing on behavioral and experience-based questions. The team seemed great. However, I was quite put off by the corporate recruiter during the offer negotiation. Their main concern seemed to be my salary expectations rather than my fit for the company's mission and culture. While this wasn't the sole reason for declining, it's a significant point for feedback.
- What would you do if we were experiencing difficulties collecting data from a client?
Associate Finance
it was a short and crisp interview. It started with some basic HR questions, then an Excel case study, and finally a technical interview. I messed up the final technical interview, but it can be cracked by revising finance concepts. So prep well. For basic HR questions, check out their website.
