The process was straightforward and simple. You reach out, get a response, and then schedule and complete it. You'll interact with various interviewers, including Creative Directors, Executive Creative Directors, Chief Creative Officers, Art Directors, Copywriters, and more. They place a high value on their culture and want to ensure you're a good fit. Finding the right person makes a significant impact at RTO+P. They're looking for someone who can produce excellent work and also someone they can relax with.

The hiring and interview process was very laid back and relaxed--which matched the company culture. I applied through a relative who knew someone at the company. First, I sat down with him and learned more about the agency and his role. Then, I received an official interview (the one most interns will start with). It was one interview with the supervisor you will be working with and it was very relaxed.

It was a really chill and comfortable interview, felt like a regular conversation. They asked simple questions, more about personal experience rather than knowledge about the field. Know the company, their ads, and come prepared with good questions.
