It’s quite a lengthy process, almost like an interrogation. If you have anything on that they don’t like, they tend to stereotype you. At the end of the interview, the interviewer made a confusing comment about 'white is right,' which was odd given my background.

The interview was in two parts. The first part was more in-depth with questions about past work experiences and how I handled specific jobs. I was also asked about how I deal with workplace problems. The second part had more personal questions, and the conversation felt more relaxed, allowing me to be myself.

Behavioral Group

It was a panel interview with many personal questions. The head boss attended the interview but is hardly seen again afterwards. If you do see her, she will not remember your name or face. They seem friendly initially, but that changes once hired. They prioritize personal experience. Having had a family member receive services or having received services yourself is important. Working in low-income areas or with families who have received services is a plus.
