Behavioral Technical

After submitting my resume, there were a bunch of conversations with leaders and peers to make sure I'd fit in with the company culture. Some parts were on-site, and others were over the phone or video. They really wanted to check if my background and personality aligned with what they expected and their values.

Behavioral Technical Case

It was a standard 3-part interview process. The first interview was a get-to-know-you type with typical 'tell me about yourself' questions. The second interview was more technical and involved scenario-based questions. The third interview was similar to the first one. Although the process was standard, they lacked accountability in responding to candidates. I made it to the third interview and was negotiating benefits. After agreeing on the benefits package for the offer, all communication stopped, which felt like a waste of time for everyone involved. I wouldn't recommend them after this experience.

Technical Behavioral

I applied on the website and got a call about three weeks later to schedule a phone interview. After that, they said a technical interview would be set up, but I never heard back. I followed up by phone about two weeks later and left a voicemail. Later, I got a rejection email. I felt the process at Red River could have been handled more professionally, as I had to do all the follow-up work.

Behavioral

There were 3 interviews total. The recruiter was super bad at giving updates and kept scheduling interviews at the wrong times. I had to send a lot of follow up emails. The hiring manager interview was the last one. I was really annoyed to not hear back for weeks until I followed up. They totally ghosted me after sounding really positive in the interview. It was disappointing.
