I applied for a Product Owner role and heard back about ten days later. A Teams meeting was set up for the next day, which I thought was promising. However, no one showed up for the meeting, and I didn't get any communication. I waited about ten minutes and then sent an email. After that, I noticed two missed calls from a Florida number. This is concerning because now they could potentially claim I missed the call, even though we scheduled a video meeting. It's disappointing for a company that talks about its culture. Later that day, another recruiter did reply to my email and offered to reschedule. While mistakes happen, it's something to be aware of.

Amazing interview process! Great, thought-provoking questions. Felt comfortable while simultaneously being challenged. Interviewers really wanted to know my work history and where I saw my future, etc. I could tell they very much value the development of their employees.

Did some Teams interviews online. First, talked to an HR person, then a field supervisor who was out in the field on an Ipad and seemed a bit bothered.

Rob reached out to me and set up two interviews, one via video and another in person. They were both really professional, which made me even more sure I wanted to work at Red Rhino.
