It was really freeform and unstructured. They mostly assume the skills are there, and focus more on making sure you fit with the culture. There were two visits, the first one being more introductory. I was made an offer on the second visit. Met with all the executives, and they all seem to have a say on who moves forward.

It was a really thorough process. They were serious but not overly produced. It wasn't simple by any means, but they were very upfront and honest. I got plenty of time to ask questions, and they were happy to answer them.

The manager greeted me and then we talked. He asked some questions about my sales background and told me about their sales process and the market. He mentioned all the meetings would be by phone and that I would be selling internationally. He gave me an idea of the salary and commission I'd make. I decided not to take the offer because of the type of sale and the salary, but they do have a really cool product.

Behavioral

I applied to the job forty-three days ago and they just interviewed me very recently. I was taken to a room and interviewed by two people, one of whom kept walking in and out. They are hiring mostly recent college graduates with no experience, so their job postings on different sites are misleading. They don't want to hire more experienced people because they don't want to pay them.
