I saw a Craigslist ad and sent in my resume. About two weeks later, the Call Center supervisor called me and we set up an interview for a few days out. The interview went well; I met with the supervisor and her boss, and they asked me some basic questions about my past work experience and history. They also asked a few casual questions about my career goals, and then told me I was a great fit and they'd call me back by the end of the week. I got a call with a job offer by the end of the next business day.

The interview was set up two days after I got the call. I think it went pretty good. It wasn't very formal. The office had lots of cat pictures. My interviewer was nice, even though she seemed super busy and stressed. She was upfront about the job and how the hotel is doing right now. She told me the summer is the busiest time, but in the winter, there won't be as many hours, and I might even be laid off. It was a decent experience, but a bit of a downer.

I got referred by a friend which got my resume to the hiring manager, and things moved fast. It was just one phone screen and then one in-person. The whole process was short and there was a lot of communication. I got the offer within a day or two after the final interview. It was great.
