Candidate-reported interview process

The recruiter was responsive, and the hiring process moved quickly, leading to a fast decision. The interview panels were demanding, which makes sense given the team's size and the importance of finding the right fit.

It was a four/five part process with four different interviewers who were managers from different departments, plus one project assignment. They were all super friendly, so don't worry! Just show your passion!

Applied online and HR reached out about 3-4 weeks later. Had a 15 min phone screen where they mentioned the process would be lengthy due to the August start date and a high volume of applications. A day later, I was invited to a Zoom interview, which went well despite one interviewer's absence. After that, I was ghosted.
