Behavioral Technical

HR contacted me directly on Linkedin. They then called me to explain the role. I sent my CV through their website, and a few days later they reached out to arrange the first interview with my direct manager in the BU (1 hour). I then had another interview that lasted 3 hours with three different people (sales manager, partner manager, and an account executive). HR always prepared me for the questions, but during the interviews they were very open, they let me talk, they asked me for several examples and to justify my answers. Numbers were also important, so my current targets.

Behavioral Other

The interview process was quick and responses were timely. The initial screening and management interviews included behavioral questions. The final round was a panel interview with the leadership team, which was a bit strange because the managers spoke negatively about previous people in the role, setting an odd tone. The interviewers used a good cop, bad cop approach, with two leaders asking me questions. While the questions themselves weren't surprising, the way the conversation was led felt off and gave me a sense of what their day-to-day culture might be like. For instance, one manager acted as the 'bad cop,' rudely interrupting and repeating questions, trying to create a hostile environment to test resilience. It was clear they wanted to see how I'd react in a tough situation, and I handled it, but it didn't feel like a professional environment where educated adults can have a constructive conversation without hostility.
