The lady in the interview (who was not even the hiring manager) appeared very condescending and asking several nasty question aimed at sabotaging the interview. I doubt her professionalism and this experience leaves a very nasty taste in the mouth. I think mutual respect is important. Compensation is also below market rate.

Had a first phone call to check my English and talk about salary. Then had an in-person interview at the office with the European support lead. They didn't seem too interested in my CV or anything outside their script, but they were nice people.
