They asked me about my experience and projects from my resume. I needed to use the STAR method to answer, focusing on challenges I encountered and how I overcame them, the skills I utilized, and my team contributions, especially in quantifiable terms.

The interview process was pretty straightforward, nothing too complex. It kicked off with a phone interview with an in-house recruiter. This was followed by an onsite interview with the hiring manager for the team. I felt things went well during the onsite, and the manager indicated I should expect to hear back within two weeks. However, after two weeks passed with no word, I followed up. The recruiter then said they'd speak with the manager the following week. I followed up two more times, weekly, and each time got the same response from the recruiter. At this point, I've lost interest in working for the company due to the lack of clear communication.
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
- Are you familiar with the responsibilities outlined in the job description?

So, the interview process usually has like 4 rounds. First, it's an HR screening to see if you're a good fit for the job. Then, there's an OPS screening. After that, you'll have an OPS Management round, which is where they decide on your salary and whether you get the job. The last round is just HR formalities and communication stuff.
