I strongly suggest avoiding this company. The interview began with an HR screening, followed by an onsite interview that included a technical exam. While the process itself was straightforward, they were very evasive about salary information when I inquired. They also ended up wasting my time since they never followed up.

First, there was a 20-30 minute phone screen with someone from HR. They asked me about the types of research I enjoyed and my preferred research methods. After that, I had an in-person interview.

I applied online and had a phone screen interview where they asked me to talk about myself, my Portuguese skills, and salary expectations. They also explained the job. Then, the hiring person sent me forms for a background check and links for a language assessment. The second interview was with a manager who asked about my background, research tools, biggest achievements, strengths and weaknesses, and what my friends would say about me. After all the tests and interviews, I received feedback that they decided to move forward with other candidates. I asked for feedback to improve but didn't get a reply.

So the whole process kicked off with a phone chat. Then, they had me come in for an in-person interview. I gotta say, the executives' behavior was pretty weird. As the interviewer and I were walking to the room, a bunch of execs were coming out of their meeting. They totally blanked the interviewer when he said hello and wouldn't even look at us. The interview itself was okay, and I had to do a test at the end. After that, they told me I aced the test and the next thing was a background check. But then... radio silence. I tried reaching out, no response. Finally, after another follow-up, the HR person told me I wasn't getting the job. I at least sent them a thank you note and followed up, so I felt like they could have at least done the same.
