Manager
The interview process involved phone and in-person meetings with several managers. It was a straightforward process where we discussed my resume and experience, the job requirements, and whether the company's values aligned with my expectations.
- Can you describe your experience and explain how it is relevant to this role?
Human Resources
The initial step involved a recruiter reaching out and setting up a phone interview via email. I prepared for the call, but unfortunately, no one ever dialed in. The company failed to follow up, leaving me quite frustrated with their lack of professionalism.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Talent Acquisition Manager
I had an onsite interview where I met with the current TA Manager, the HR Manager, and the HRVP. We chatted about the role and my background, focusing on the goals and targets for the end of 2024 and the first six months of 2025.
- How would you approach building relationships with managers who are difficult to work with?
