I was first contacted by HR, then went through a bunch of interviews to narrow down candidates, ending with an in-person interview. The process included a phone interview, an in-person skills test, an online personality quiz, and then the final in-person interview. This last interview lasted about three hours. The first hour was a standard interview about my interests and why I'm applying. The second hour involved solving an open-ended problem. The third hour reviewed the personality quiz. I think it could be more efficient, maybe combine the first and third parts and make it a two-hour interview, but it wasn't too bad. The skills test felt a bit repetitive, especially since I had to go to their office beforehand, and parts of it were covered in the second hour of the in-person interview.

Behavioral Technical Case Other

I applied through my college's career site in March/April. Red Clay reached out in mid-May to schedule a phone interview for the next week. The phone interview involved questions about my past work and personality. It was a 40min chat with HR. The next day, I went to the office for a writing test, a personality and logic test, and a B-APT test. After those initial rounds, I had final interviews: two behavioral/personality interviews and one case study. I was ready to discuss all my work experience and school projects/leadership. The interviews were positive and fun. The whole process is really fast if you do your part, taking only 3 business days for all my interviews. Everyone in the office was super nice and they let you know if you're moving on. I got an offer within a week of my final interview.

Behavioral Technical Case Other

I talked to a recruiter at my college career fair and they sent me a personality test. A few weeks later I had an on-campus interview which had usual questions and a coding test. The coding test was pretty easy if you had some coding experience. After that, I had an interview in Atlanta. It was an hour with an employee, an hour for a case study, and an hour to go over my personality assessment and answer questions about it. I got the job offer two days after my second interview.
