The process began with a HireVue video interview. I had to respond to 5 recorded questions within a time limit. After sending that in, I did the Wingfinder online assessment, which looked at my work style, strengths, and behavioral traits. No one live talked to me at this part.

The hiring process was pretty quick and easy. It started with a phone call, and then I had an on-site chat. Since it was a referral for an internship that my university requires, they just offered me the spot after we talked about my interests and why I wanted to join.

The interview process took 3 hours and involved a group sales activity. After this initial stage, there was a cutoff, and instead of directly notifying candidates they didn't proceed, the company conducted 'preventative interviews'. Following that, candidates were asked to pitch a season ticket plan and were told they'd hear back within a week, but no further communication was received.
