There was a test with questions about the correct teaching methods to be applied for different topics given to children of certain ages (e.g. what's the best way to teach Simple Past to students from 09 to 12 years old? // in what way would you explain the difference between is and are to students from 05 to 08 years old?).

Behavioral Technical Presentation Other

It was a long process with many stages. First, there was a phone interview in English. Then, an in-person English test. After that, an English interview with very specific and situational questions. They also gave a presentation about the school. The worst part was five days of unpaid training, from 9 AM to 6 PM, as part of the selection process. It was completely unpaid, they didn't even cover transportation! I attended all five days, and in the end, I wasn't hired. I found out that all 15 participants in the training also weren't hired. Unpaid training is against labor laws, especially for five full days. They gave us a certificate of participation, which is useless and just a way to hide the fact that they made us work for free. It's unbelievable that such a well-known and expensive school would do this to candidates. Don't waste your time with this place.

Technical Presentation
