So, the first time we spoke, the person interviewing me was like 15 minutes late for the phone call. They seemed really stand offish and rude the whole time. Then, it took them about 6 weeks to get back to me about the job.

The whole interview process was pretty intense and lasted about two months from applying to getting an offer. It was also around the holidays, so that probably made it take longer. The interviews have three main steps: first, a phone chat with a team lead, then six in-person or Zoom meetings with different team members, and finally, providing references. The interviews are tough and specific but feel more like a conversation than an interrogation. They really want to see how much you know and if you'll fit in with the team. Honestly, it was the best interview experience I've had. It was challenging but felt worth it, just like I imagine the job will be.

I had a preliminary phone chat, then some more interviews over zoom. The questions they asked were pretty standard. The interviewers were friendly and shared useful info about the company. They let me ask my own questions and it felt pretty relaxed.
